Suggestions

Wet hair and lather. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if desired. Gentle enough for everyday use. For all types of hair, including permed, lightened or color treated hair. To further repair and defend hair against chlorine damage, use with ultra swim ultra repair conditioner.
