Shipping policy

Place your order today and give us a space for about 3-4 days for your order processing. It’s a pleasure to serve you, but remember we process your orders from Monday through Friday only. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. HerbsPro® believes in serving its best to its customers. The prices mentioned and displayed on the website do not include the customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Also the shipping and handling charges are charged based on the product’s weight and shipping destination you have inclined. When the order reaches the place of destination, it is the customer who has to clear if any custom fees and import duties are implied on the product delivered by us. It is the whole and sole responsibility of the customer to get his products cleared at custom clearance.

 

Shipping Methods:

Herbspro.com follows few significant shipping methods to prove on par with excellence in their service.  We have inbuilt shipping options which one can check at the time of placing the order online and we can offer as per the request and norms depending upon the packed weight of the box and shipping zones.

USPS Priority: Arrives within 3-4 business days is the delivery time period. Orders are shipped only via USPS incase to FPO, APO and P.O.Boxes. Orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii are shipped via USPS.

Back Orders:

Herbspro.com is updated with the latest inventory status on a day to day basis. Incase of any rare situation, if the website is not updated, it is very unlikely event that a product goes back ordered.  We will let the customer know about the every move and status of the product to be delivered. Herbspro.com will let the customer know through email or phone within six days of the purchase. In such cases, to avoid delaying your entire order, Herbspro.com might split your order and send the products that are already available. The back ordered products will be shipped at our expense as soon as they become available. 

Order Tracking:

When you place an order for a product, you will be receiving an order confirmation email within 24 hours from HerbsPro®. This email will include the order number and the email address associated with the order. Also shipping confirmation is send via email along with package tracking number and instructions when the package is on board. Incase if the email notification is not received by the customer, they can login into their account and check their status; get a print out of the email confirmation and the tracking number. One more important thing is you need to check out your spam folder if by chance of any mistake, it might have landed there. 

If you do not receive an email confirmation, login in to your account to check the status of your order, print a copy of the email confirmation and get your tracking number.

Delivery Confirmation & Tracking:

When an order is placed on Herbspro.com, it confirms that the customer is subjected to agree to the shipping terms and conditions.  The shipping labels are automatically generated with the use of USPS and UPS software. The accuracy of the information is subjected to the details of the customers that are provided at the time of placing order. Incase of any incorrect address or incomplete address like incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc., your package is returned to us or the shipping carrier does an address correction on the label, you will be charged $5.95 per package.

If any customer wishes to drop their returned orders, the order will be subjected to re-stocking fee up to 20%.  Shipping costs will not be refunded. Herbspro.com does not entertain or is not responsible for any package is lost, if it has incorrect address on it due to customer mistakes.

HerbsPro® takes utmost care while shipping its products to the customers. When an order is placed it always takes into consideration the most important factors like delivery confirmation. The information can be tracked by either parties that is Herbspro.com and you. When you access the shipping company's tracking information, it is known specifically whether or not a package is delivered. If we find that the ship has not send the package, and if the tracking information shows the note of undelivered status, we will ship it back again. We trust on the information processed by the shipping company to decide if a shipment was really made or not. This contract commences at the time of shipment and means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Please be sure that your address is correct and accurate. 

Tax:

HerbsPro® charges Sales Tax for all orders shipped within California at the rate of 9.75%. However we will not charge any Tax for orders shipped outside California.

Returns & Refunds

We wish to make your shopping experience with us pleasant and completely satisfactory. In an effort to ensure your satisfaction, we offer a “No Questions” 30-day return policy. Please review our Returns policy below:

Returns made due to Damaged (in shipping) or defective product(s) or In-correct product(s) shipped:

  • We will send a return label in case of defective or incorrect products shipped.
  • Once we receive the defective shipment, we process and ship out a new order within 2-3 business days.
  • We will also issue complete refund (product price + shipping cost) in case the customer doesn’t want the replacement items.
  • Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 7 business days.


Customer Returns or Refuses any shipments:

  • Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective and refused shipments.
  • They must be returned within 30 days.
  • We will not charge any restocking fee.
  • We will not refund the shipping charges.
  • Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 7 business days.
  • After 30 days, no returned products will be credited.

Customs and Duties : HerbsPro.com is NOT responsible for any and all packages detained/impounded/or returned to us by the country's respective Customs Department. It is the FULL responsibility of the customer to ensure that these vitamins and supplements are allowed by their Customs. Customs regulations vary greatly by country. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus  any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country. 

International Customers may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge.

First Time International Customer Credit Card Verification Policy : International Customers can order online just like domestic customers. However, please note that first time international customers MUST fax and/or mail HerbsPro.com a copy of the front page of their credit card statement (monthly statement/ bill sent to you indicating how much you have spent), or a copy of the front and back of your credit card along with a utility (water, electricity or gas) bill indicating your name + shipping address. This step is only done once for the first time customer to verify that you are indeed the owner of the card and that there is no fraud or misconduct. Only after verifying the credit card, we will ship the order.
