Ingredients: Citrus sinensis (sweet orange) oil, Lavandula intermedia (lavandin) oil, Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, Citrus nobilis (Mandarin) oil, Boswellia sacra (frankincense) oil, Tanacetum annuum (blue tansy) oil.

Suggestions

Place 2 drops on a favorite stuffed animal. Snuggle and breathe deeply. Place a few drops on a cotton ball to have a pacifying aroma on long rides in the car. Add 1 to 2 drops to a cotton ball and place under pillow at bed time. With children, diffusion is recommended for a maximum of 30 to 60 minutes at a time. Diffusion is not recommended for babies under the age of 6 months.
