    Pataks butter chicken cooking sauce is canadas favourite. This mild and creamy curry sauce is inspired by northern indian cuisine and has a complex spice blend to bring authentic curry dish together in just a few minutes.

    Ingredients

    Ingredients: Water, Tomato, Cream, Unsalted Butter, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Modified Corn Starch, Concentrated Tomato Purée, Spices, Dried Onion, Gingergarlic, Salt, Lactic Acid (Acidulant), Paprika Extract, Citric Acid (Acidulant), Dried Fenugreek Leaf.


    Suggestions

    Heat the oil in a medium saucepan on medium-low heat. Add the chicken and cook, stirring often, for 5 to 7 minutes until lightly browned. Add sauce and simmer until the chicken is cooked through, about 15 Minwhile the sauce is simmering, toss in the cherrytomatoes. Substitute shrimp for the chicken, or swap out the chicken for vegetables or paneer need to adjust the simmer time accordingly. Serve with a side of fluffy rice, garnish with coriander and mop up the sauce with warm naan.
