I was told about these by my cousin in Missouri. I started to get a leg cramp and she gave me one and the cramp disappeared. I started taking these in Jun and to date I have only had 3 cramp instances. I used to have leg/foot cramps nightly and they were very painful. It is so great not to have them any longer. I take one in the morning and one before I go to bed. highly recommend them to anyone that deals with leg/feet cramps.
