Suggestions

Cold therapy: freeze for at least 4 hours. Heat therapy: microwave for time indicated below, thoroughly mix to distribute color, and test pack before use. Heat for additional 10 seconds as needed until desired temperature is reached. Suggested heating time for (1) one therapearl neck wrap: 700 watts - 90 seconds 1000 watts - 65 seconds 1200 watts - 50 seconds. Store in freezer or airtight container, out of direct light.
