To determine your size: measure around the center of neck. Wearing instructions: place low contour piece under chin. Wrap collar around the neck. Fasten with hook and loop closures at back of neck. Collar should fit firmly around neck but not too tight. A correct fit will allow two fingers to be placed between the collar and neck. Care instructions: fasten closer and hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring). Air dry away from heat. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
