Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta shells accroding to package. Drain and set aside. Combine mozzarella, parmigian oreggiano, and ricotta until blended. Sitr in egg and seasonings. Spread raos homemade sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Stuff cheese mixture into pasta shells and set inside the baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells and sprinkle with any r.
