Adults 2 tablespoons 10ml 2 to 4 times per day. 10 to 14 years old 1 tablespoon 5ml 2 to 4 times per day. 5 to 9 years old 1/2 tablespoon 2.5ml 2 to 4 times per day. 2 to 4 years old 1/4 tablespoon 1.25ml 2 to 4 times per day.
